Stockholmsbörsen falls on Thursday

The market showed a negative development Thursday, and OMX Stockholm PI ended the day at 937 points, which is a decline of 1.3 percent.

AstraZeneca closed at 1642 kronor after a solid gain of 6.3 percent. The previous time the stock gained this much was Apr 14. 2020, when it closed up 9.3 percent. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 1505 million kronor in the stock, which equals three times mean daily turnover. It also looks good technically. The stock has support at 1600 kronor.
Telia Company closed at 25.90 kronor after a steep drop of 4.8 percent. The previous time the stock lost this much was Oct 21. 2022, when it closed down 12.3 percent. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 1534 million kronor in the stock, which equals six times mean daily turnover. It does not look good technically either. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, but has broken down through support at 26.50 kronor.
Alfa Laval ended with a solid gain of 7.8 percent and closed at 468 kronor. The previous time the stock gained this much was Feb 2. 2023, when it closed up 8.7 percent. The stock has now risen for the fourth day in a row. The volume was also high. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, has support at 393 kronor and a further increase is indicated.
Svenska Handelsbanken ser. A closed at 96.44 kronor after a steep drop of 3.1 percent. This past week the stock has lost as much as 11.9 percent. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term.
Tietoevry showed a negative development and ended the day at 203 kronor, which is a decline of 7.3 percent. The stock has not closed lower since Mar 2020. The volume was also very high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 63 million kronor in the stock, which equals 29 times mean daily turnover. Nor does it look good technically. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term, has resistance at 226 kronor and a further decline is indicated.
